# Pay with Credit Card

The fastest way to add funds to your SportToken wallet using a credit or debit card.

## Overview

SportToken partners with **MoonPay** to enable instant USDC purchases using your credit or debit card. This is the easiest option for users new to crypto.

## How It Works

1. Click the **+ DEPOSIT** button in the header
2. Select **"Pay with card"** (with Apple Pay logo)
3. You'll be redirected to MoonPay's secure checkout
4. Enter your card details and purchase amount
5. Complete the verification (may require ID on first purchase)
6. USDC is deposited directly to your SportToken wallet

## Fees

MoonPay charges approximately **3.5-4.5%** in processing fees, which varies by:

* Card type (credit vs debit)
* Payment method
* Your location
* Transaction size

The exact fee is shown before you confirm the purchase.

## Limits

* **Minimum**: \$20 USD equivalent
* **Maximum**: Varies by verification level
  * Unverified: \~\$150/day
  * Basic verification: \~\$2,000/day
  * Full verification: \~\$20,000/day

## Supported Cards

* Visa
* Mastercard
* Apple Pay (on supported devices)
* Some debit cards

Note: American Express and prepaid cards may not be supported.

## Processing Time

**Instant** - USDC appears in your wallet as soon as the transaction is approved (typically 30-60 seconds).

## Security

* MoonPay is a regulated financial service provider
* Your card details are never stored by SportToken
* All transactions are encrypted and secure
* 3D Secure authentication for added protection

## Troubleshooting

**Transaction declined?**

* Check your card has sufficient funds
* Ensure international transactions are enabled
* Try a different card
* Contact your bank - some flag crypto purchases

**Taking too long?**

* First-time users may need to complete identity verification
* This is a one-time process required by financial regulations
* Verification typically takes 5-15 minutes
